About me

As a UX Designer with over 5 years of experience, I currently working at SITA, an IT provider for the air transport industry, where I lead one of the design portfolios on enhancing agent operations through innovative design solutions.

 

My journey began in consultancies, working with clients in education, government, e-commerce, and fintech. I am a problem-solver passionate about design systems. I thrive in interdisciplinary environments, collaborating with diverse teams to solve complex challenges and deliver great value to users.

Since relocating from Hong Kong to London in 2021, I completed an MSc in User Experience Engineering at Goldsmiths, University of London. This advanced study enhanced my ability to produce computing-based systems and solutions grounded in cognitive and quantitative data research.

 

 When I'm not working, you can find me sketching with watercolors in the parks.
